No, not really, in order you to make more money on adsense you need to eat more rice, I mean, you have be patient and follow the tip on how to improve and earn more money on adsense.
Adsense format
Choose on the Large Rectangle format (336 x 280) - This type of adsense format is working very well. It have the tendency to boost your CTR (Click-Through Rates). Internet surfer or user have the tendency to click to this format because studies shown that this format looks like normal part of your content and doesn”t looks like an ad.
The second best is the Medium Rectangle format (300 x 250)
Location
Place your adsense at the top of your website. As the user browsing your site, the adsense at the top can see them first. Don”t make a mistake to hide your adsense by placing them at the bottom pages of your site. Make the adsense as the star of your site by the placing at the top.
Blending Colors
Blend the color of your adsense to your site background. For example, If you have a white background website, then make a make your adsense background and ad border with white too.
Traffic
The more traffic on your site = more click on your adsense = more money
